Thanks to its long history and strong brand recognition, the Ontario SPCA has amassed an elaborate list of supporters, volunteers, and donors alongside a well-integrated legacy program.
Good Works and the Ontario SPCA sought out a new method for lead generation, ONSPCA’s first Meta legacy lead generation campaign. Our messaging invited donors to self-reflect and think about giving love to all animals long after they’re gone.
How did we do? We captured more than double the projected leads while keeping costs low.

How did we do it? Simplicity. No need to over spend or make a full-length docu-series. Our Facebook and Instagram ads featured pictures of cats, kittens, dogs, and birds and well written content. We even through in a free will-making kit on a dedicated landing page.
Strong creative and copy, paired with key messaging for the optimal target audience and a value-add for the prospect guaranteed this lead generation campaign would improve an already strong legacy pipeline.
What’s next? These leads are integrated directly into the Ontario SPCA’s legacy donor cultivation strategy which includes an email drip campaign, house mailings, and telemarketing ensuring a lead never goes cold and animals across Ontario receive the help they need for generations to come.
